Inmates may request to release their property to another person by submitting a Property Release Form. The only items that will be released are keys, debit/credit card(s), checkbooks, and wedding rings.
Only the person specified on the Property Release Form may pick up property. A photo ID must be presented. Property must be picked up during business hours Mon-Fri 8:00AM-4:30PM at the Huber office. All incoming and outgoing mail will be processed through the US Postal Service. Incoming mail must have the sender’s full name and address clearly written on the outside of the envelope. All mail will be inspected for contraband and security reasons. Any mail deemed to be gang related, sexually explicit, inappropriate, or poses a safety/security risk will be confiscated; this includes photographs. Polaroid pictures and greeting cards are not allowed. Legal mail will be opened in the presence of the inmate.
Paperback books may be purchased and mailed directly from a publisher or online vendor (ie. Amazon, Barnes & Noble). No hardcover books are allowed. Magazines and newspapers will be accepted if they are sent directly from the publisher on a subscription basis.
