The purpose of the Livestock Facilities Licensing Ordinance is to establish standards and authority to protect the public health and safety of the people of Marathon County. This ordinance sets forth the requirements for obtaining a license for siting of new and/or expanded livestock facilities that are 500-999 animals units.
