Marathon County uses Transcendent Technologies' Ascent Land Records Suite for the management of real estate and personal property accounts.

Marathon County real estate records index is searchable online free of charge. Documents recorded in the Register of Deeds Office can be viewed and printed for a fee using LandShark. LandShark is a web-based tool for the location and retrieval of land record documents. To begin your search visit LandShark and register. Some of the common document types are:

Land Notification allows you to monitor a name and/or specific parcel of land. Receive an alert if a document is recorded in the Marathon County Register of Deed’s office which meets the criteria you have set.
