License Application

Please contact the Marathon County Health Department at 715-261-1900 to consult with a sanitarian regarding license fees and pre-inspection fees.  It is important to ensure you are considering the correct license category.  The following fee schedule is in effect and future fee changes apply for facilities after April 1 each year.
