As Marathon County moves forward in pursuit of its vision to be the healthiest, safest, and most prosperous county in the State, our Strategic Plan serves as both a roadmap to assist us in making decisions on our journey and a metric by which we can assess our progress. The plan builds on the information in our Comprehensive Plan, narrowing our focus by identifying 12 of the most important issues we need to confront in the next five years.

The 2018-2022 Strategic Plan is the result of collaboration amongst community leaders, our elected County Board of Supervisors, and Marathon County employees.
